Jennifer Michelle Johnson, who is affectionately called "Jenjer" founded Build Your Dream Business Online after losing her job as a secondary teacher with Baltimore City Public Schools.

A native from Washington, DC, she migrated to Baltimore, Maryland after graduating from Trinity University into 2004.

She was accepted into the Baltimore City Teaching Residency Program and taught the amazing youth of Baltimore City Public Schools for 8 years (5 years full-time and 3 years substituting).

During her tenure teaching, she also earned a Master's of Arts in Leadership and Teaching with a dual minor in Secondary and Special Education.

Jenjer is enthusiastic, detailed-oriented, and out-of-the-box thinker with extensive experience in leadership, training, and problem-solving in a variety of fields.

Her charismatic, down-to-earth, and honest personality makes it easy to establish longstanding alliances with people.

With 16 years of marketing experience and 12 years of consulting, training, educating, and analyzing, she has developed an uncanny ability to problem solve, strategically plan, and conceptualized concepts instantaneously.
